Tickets
- All ticket sales are processed by Stripe. By purchasing, you agree to Stripe’s terms and our processing of your order data.
- Refunds: full refund up to 30 days before the event, 50% refund up to 7 days before. Within 7 days we cannot refund but can transfer your ticket to a named attendee.
- Tickets are non-transferable to a future edition. If we cancel the event entirely, you receive a full refund.
Entry & the Code of Conduct
Your ticket grants you a revocable license to enter the venue for the days purchased. We may revoke that license without refund if you violate the Code of Conduct, applicable law, or venue rules.
Content & recording
You consent to being filmed and photographed in public spaces during the event, unless you wear a red lanyard indicating that you don’t. Some villages and workshops are no-photo by default — respect those signs.
Workshops
Workshop seats are sold separately. Seats are 20-per-room maximum. If a workshop is cancelled by us or the trainer, you get a full refund for the workshop seat.
Liability
ttscon is provided as-is. You are responsible for your own travel arrangements, insurance, and conduct. The conference organizers are not liable for property loss, travel disruption, or personal injury beyond what is required by law.
