What we collect

• Ticket purchases — name, email, and order details, plus whatever payment processor information Stripe needs to charge your card. We never see your full card number.
• CFP, CFV, Sponsor, Volunteer, and Scholarship submissions — the information you give us on those forms. We store these in Netlify Forms and email them to the relevant team.
• Email subscribers — your email address only, used to send event updates.
• Basic site analytics — page views and referrers, in aggregate, without cookies or cross-site tracking.

What we do with it

• Send you tickets, receipts, and updates about the event.
• Review your submission and respond.
• Understand which pages of the site are working and which aren’t.

What we don’t do

• Sell your data.
• Share it with third parties beyond the processors named above.
• Use it for targeted advertising.

Forget me

Email hello@ttscon.org and we’ll delete your records (minus what we’re required to keep for tax purposes on past ticket sales).
